YMCA Nationals Gymnastics Competiton

Yesterday was a very long day...We left at 9am for Toledo to go to Aleeshas Gymnastics Nationals competition and got home around 1:30am this morning.  She did really well, especially considering Ive never seen such scores like that in my life except maybe at the Olympics! There were 14 different teams from all different states..even Hollywood,Ca & Miami,Fl. This was our first time so we wernt sure what to expect.

Girls were getting 9.6's & even a 10.0 was given! Unbelievable!! All arounds of 36 & 38 were not unheard of so we wernt confident Wooster would even medal at all in any event. Thankfully every girl but 1 medaled, Aleesha being one of them...She got 11th place in her vault(her worst event)  That made her year! It was alot of fun & a good experience...next year they say it might be in Wisconsin.

 They had 4 different gyms going at the same time.

We stopped and ate at the Spaghetti Warehouse...Aleesha had never been there before.
